I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) at Agape Christian Counseling. I view counseling as a safe place in which we will work as a team to create the change that will help you through your struggles. I can help you process your emotions and learn coping skills in order to create healthy ways of thinking and new habits that will be beneficial in your life.
My areas of interest include grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and a variety of other issues relating to life and/or mental health. I see both teenagers and adults. I use an integrative perspective in counseling, drawing mainly from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, family systems, and gestalt therapy.
Although I am a therapist at Agape Christian Counseling, not all of my clients are Christians or want to incorporate spirituality into therapy. This is completely up to each client and their own unique preferences. I can offer the incorporation of spirituality and Christian beliefs in my counseling sessions at your request.
If you are going through a hard time or if you are struggling emotionally, professional counseling may be the best way to help you live the life you want to live. I would be honored to come alongside you to help you through this tough time.
Areas that match your field of specialization (i.e. anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, etc.):
Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, family issues, divorce, life transitions, peer relationships, school issues, self-esteem, stress, addiction, trauma, and codependency.

Hello! I am Kelly Grey, owner of Wellspring Integrative Counseling, PLLC. I earned my Master of Education, as well as, my Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC 67206), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC 4505) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS 882).
I am a life-long learner who is passionate about providing individualized, effective support to my clients. I have had the joy of working to support mental health and wellness in my community in different capacities for over twenty years. I believe in a client-led, creative approach to therapy in which the client is offered a clinically informed and spiritually inspired perspective to their unique situation. In addition, tools are provided with encouragement to fully engage in the therapeutic process. In a spiritual sense, I believe there is precious treasure deposited in each individual and it is my honor and passion to help you both uncover and live out this truth. I love working with faith and spirituality as desired and directed by my client. My training and experience are balanced in working with both Christian and non-Christian clients. I am a hope-anchored clinician who holds an unapologetic belief in our ability to transform in life changing, meaningful ways.
My treatment approach is eclectic and integrative, incorporating cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, brief, systems and other trauma-informed and evidence-based treatments in which I have received training. I work effectively with clients who are comfortable with the therapeutic process as well as those who are anxious of, or resistant to, change. Psychoeducation may be used to inform and elicit change as appropriate. Talk therapy will assist in seeking patterns of behavior that are evident in relationship to self/others as revealed in personal narratives. I enjoy using experiential intervention, humor and metaphor to create insight and encourage new ways of relating to self and others. Although the work of therapy is serious and anchored in life experience, there is often great benefit from adopting a creative and playful approach to healing.
Please let me know if I can assist you or a person you would like to refer to my care. Of note, I do not work directly with insurance. I do provide super bills to clients on request to file with thier insurance provider. I am also pleased to offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify per established guidelines. I am always happy to connect and help you decide if I am the right fit for your needs. I am currently accepting both virtual and in person clients so feel free reach out!

Hello! I am Kelly Saylor and I am a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist and co-founder of SureHope Counseling & Training Center. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNCC and a master’s degree in Christian counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
I have a varied background which includes work in a psychosocial clubhouse (helping those with mental challenges learn social and job related skills), pregnancy resource center, hospitals, Hospice organizations, mental health and family private practices and church. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups.
I specialize in counseling couples concerning dating, engagement and marital issues. I also offer couple intensives and train other therapists and church staff in working with couples. Concerning mental health, I work with adults who deal with the challenges of anxiety, depression, and Bipolar disorder. Counseling individuals dealing with sexual abuse and anger management issues is another area of expertise of mine. Lastly, working with individuals facing life’s transitional struggles is another area I enjoy; these include: adapting to college, career planning and transitioning into retirement.
I am uniquely trained as a Christian counselor. I believe that we are whole persons, with physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects. Whether we include discussion of the spiritual dimension of life in our time together will be up to you. This spiritual perspective is integrated with the perspectives of narrative, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and family systems understandings of how people work. These are well-established and researched methods of therapy that are widely respected as being effective.
Overall, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s peaks and valleys with integrity, wisdom and joy! You can learn more about me, special offers and upcoming events, and gain various resources at my personal website at kellyscounseling.com. I view therapy as a collaborative experience and a safe place where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I believe that deep change and growth is experienced through a clear knowing of oneself and a healthy connection to a support system.
I work with women and couples in a number of areas including relationship distress, parenting, identity development, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transition. Therapy always builds on a strong relationship between therapist and client first. In addition to the therapeutic relationship, I work from a systems and attachment perspective utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Strength Based approaches and enjoy integrating people’s faith in the work of psychotherapy.
I am also available for consultation with churches and Christian non-profits who desire to build healthy organizations and for graduate students in the field of counseling and psychotherapy as they navigate the transition into clinical practice.
